Terms and Conditions of Service
This Terms and Conditions of Service was last revised on July 10, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using this English learning platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a web-based educational platform designed to help users practice and improve their English language skills through interactive tests.
The Service offers both free tier testing categories and references to Premium features or subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify pricing, add paywalls, introduce commercial tiers, or restrict access to specific advanced mock exams and AI-feedback features at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Security
To save your progress, test history, and statistics, you may be required to register an account via basic email/password signup or an authorized third-party OAuth provider.
- Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Data Storage & Security: We use industry-standard practices, including secure hashing algorithms, to encrypt passwords before storing them in our secure cloud databases hosted by Supabase. However, no data transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and its associated question history at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
The source code, design, interface elements, branding, and educational contents (including custom question payloads, reading/listening contexts, and answers) are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the platform for individual educational purposes. You may not scrape, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform or its dataset.
5. Accuracy of Content and Disclaimer
While we strive to provide high-quality and grammatically correct questions following the CEFR levels (A1 to C2), the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not warrant that the tests, explanations, scoring mechanisms, or learning contexts are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. The data provided on this platform should not be used as official certification or official diagnostic evaluation for any formal institution.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creator(s) and developers of this platform shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, platform downtime, server host failures (Vercel/Supabase infrastructure), data corruption, loss of progress metrics, or mistakes in grading metrics.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to exploit bugs, abuse automated testing behaviors, or submit malicious scripts to circumvent user sessions, auth keys, or database limits.
Any attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer paywalls, premium route guards, or restricted tier systems (such as writing or speaking features) without an active authorized subscription will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
8. Governing Law and Updates
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "last revised" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website implies acceptance of the new terms.
